The Huawei 9000s is not a RISC-V architecture. The Huawei 9000s is a server chip developed by Huawei and uses Huawei's own Kunpeng architecture. Kunpeng architecture is an ARM-based server processor architecture, while RISC-V is an open source instruction set architecture. Although RISC-V is also an architecture based on reduced instruction set, Huawei 9000s does not belong to RISC-V architecture, but uses Huawei's own Kunpeng architecture.
