14-nanometer chips can be carved using multiple exposures
The 28 nm lithography machine can engraze 14 nm chips through multiple exposure technology. The photoengraving process itself is a multi-component manufacturing process, including multiple yellow light and photoglue, separation and regeneration processes, etc., which requires chip design software. If the chip design uses 28nm lithography equipment with appropriate 14nm miniature light mask and film miniature, and uses multiple exposure techniques instead of experimental manufacturing processes but non-14nm mass production processes, 14nm lines can be made in some chip circuit positions, but there is no energy production and non-comprehensive 14nm process.
