Chip extraction refers to the process of extracting useful nucleic acid sequences from source materials containing useful nucleic acids (such as cells, viruses, blood samples, etc.).
Chip refining is generally divided into five steps:
(1) Sample preparation: Prepare suitable samples as required, such as cells, blood, tissues and other biological samples.
(2) Separation and collection: the sample is processed to separate useful nucleic acids, such as DNA, RNA, miRNA, etc.
(3) Extract fragments: extract short fragments of useful nucleic acids.
(4) Concentration quantification: Investigate the concentration of extracted fragments through experiments, and give a suitable quantitative method.
(5) Purification: After chromatographic separation, a pure nucleic acid sequence is obtained.
