Integrated circuit engineering and technical personnel certificate must have the following (ability) conditions:
1. Conduct requirement analysis of chip design specifications, compile design manual and make design plan;
2. Chip specification definition, RTL code writing, verification, logic synthesis, timing analysis, testability design;
3. Design simulation and logical verification of the chip;
4. Back-end design, overall layout and analog layout design of the chip;
5. Back-end simulation, layout physical verification, timing\/noise\/power analysis, global integrity analysis and verification of the chip;
6. Check the chip production data and verify the output according to the production process.
