The HT75xx-7 series is a set of low power high voltage regulators implemented by CMOS technology. CMOS technology ensures low voltage drop and low static current. Input voltage up to 30V. It has several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 12.0V.
When the CE input pin is low, the fast discharge channel can be used to lower the output voltage through a built-in pull-down resistor. Even if the output pin is short to the ground, the built-in overcurrent protection circuit can prevent the chip from being damaged. The overtemperature protection circuit ensures that the chip junction temperature will not exceed 160°C.
