The XPT2046 is the first line resistive touch screen, the key is composed of a double layer of ITO coated plastic film. In one layer, there is a vertical system bus on the upper and lower edges of the display, and the other layer has a level system bus on the bottom and top of the display. If the working voltage is released on the two system buses of a layer of plastic film, a symmetrical electrostatic field will be generated on the ITO coating.

When a person touches the display screen, the double-layer plastic film at the touch point will touch, and the working voltage value of the point contact can be accurately measured on another layer of plastic film.
