The Paper S1 is manufactured by TSMC 28nm process and has eight A53 CPU public architecture cores, which are divided into four major and four small, with the highest frequency of 2.2GHz and 1.4GHz respectively. At the same time, it integrates Mali-T880MP4 GPU graphics core, supports LPDDR3 memory and eMMC storage. Baseband support for 5-mode LTE Cat.4.
