The wireless mouse is generally used for a period of time to automatically enter the sleep state (in order to save electricity). As long as you move the mouse (click a button or move), it will automatically wake up and enter the normal operation mode.

Click Start = Settings = Control Panel = Find the mouse and open it, see if one of the tabs inside is power or sleep if there is a set in it. If the mouse option does not have power management, go directly to the power option in the control panel and change the scheme to always on.
