The phone keeps rebooting and then it won't turn on, it won't charge. What's going on?

2. When the phone is off, press the volume up button and power button for about 15 seconds (without inserting the USB). Check whether the phone can enter the Huawei factory Recovery mode.

If you can enter the Recovery mode, restore the phone to factory Settings.

If the fault persists, take the purchase certificate to a nearby Huawei customer service center for maintenance.

1. Follow the official account of \"Huawei Terminal Customer Service\" in wechat, and click \"Service Center Query\" in \"Self-service\".

2. Click \"Service Center\" in the \"Service\" of the mobile membership service\/service APP for query.

3. Click \"After-sales Network\" under \"Maintenance and Technical Support\" at the bottom of the official website of Huawei Mall.
