Turning orange means that the battery charging behavior has stopped, and the charger is not faulty. Causes of stopping:
1, the battery charging port and the charger are in poor contact, see if the connector is electric shock oxidation burning black, re-plug it;
2, the battery insurance piece burned, replace the insurance piece;
3, the battery is disconnected, open the battery box to re-weld. It's a minor problem. Someone with some electrician background can fix it, or someone with some physics. Pure hands. I hope it helps.
There is a charger that will use an orange light to indicate that the charger is not connected to the battery, which is actually that the charger has no current output. If it is this charger, it means that the charger has no current output. It means that the battery is very full, and it can't be charged any more.
