1. Check whether the router, optical cable, broadband cable, and computer are properly connected. The correct connection method is as follows: Connect the WAN port on the router to the network port or LAN port on the optical cable.
2. Log in to the Settings page of the router and check the following Settings.
3. Power off the router and restart it.
4. Restore the router to factory Settings, and then reset the router.
