The microfluidic chip uses MEMS technology similar to semiconductor to build a microflow path system on the chip. The experiment and analysis process are transferred to the chip structure composed of interconnected paths and liquid phase chambers. After loading biological samples and reaction liquid, a micro-mechanical pump is used.
Electrohydraulic pump and electroseepage drive the flow of buffer in the chip to form a micro-flow path, and carry out one or multiple reactions on the chip.
