1. Replace the charger or test with other equipment to ensure that the charger can be used normally.
2. Don't put anything between your iPhone and the charger. If your iPhone does not charge or is slow to charge, and the iPhone has a thick protective case, metal protective case, or battery case, try removing the protective case or case.
3. If your iPhone vibrates (for example, when you receive a notification), your iPhone may shift. That could cause the charging station to stop powering the iPhone. If this happens often, consider turning off the vibration function, turning on Do not Disturb mode, or using a protective case to prevent movement.
4. Rule out overheating of iPhone or battery. To extend battery life, if the battery overheats, the software may limit charging when it reaches 80%. When the temperature drops, the iPhone charges again. If your iPhone is hot, try moving your iPhone and charger to a cooler location.
5. The iPhone does not charge wirelessly when connected to USB. If your iPhone is connected to your computer via USB, or connected to a USB power adapter, the iPhone will be charged via the USB connection.
