Car chips are only 28nm. The current mainstream 24nm or even 48nm process of the vehicle scale chip has clearly failed to keep up with the rapid transformation of the industry, even Nvidia and Mobileye, its most advanced autonomous driving chip is currently only made of 7nm process.
