It is expected to launch in September 2023. The core design of the m3 has been launched and is expected to be mass-produced using TSMC's 3nm n3e process. The M3 chip could be launched in the second half of 2023 or the first quarter of 2024. As mass production begins, Apple will also import it into the A17 Bionic chip used in the iPhone 15 Pro\/Pro max.
