The 90nm mobile phone chip has such chips as Apple's APL0098.
The 90nm chip is very old, probably in the period of 2004-07. For example, Texas Instruments' 90-nanometer process OMAP 1710CPU was used in a series of Nokia mobile phones, such as the N90, N80, E70, E60, mainly Nokia N Series and E series products. Apple's first mobile cpu, the APL0098, was manufactured by Samsung Electronics in 2007 using the 90nm process for the iphone 3G and the first generation iphone touch.
