The Tesla charge switch is usually located under the vehicle's left rearview mirror or on the left-hand dashboard of the driver's seat. To turn on the charging switch, perform the following steps:
1. Stop the car and turn it off.
2. Find the charging port of the vehicle and open the charging port cover.
3. Plug the charger into the vehicle charging port.
4. Then, find the charging switch inside the vehicle. The charge switch may vary between models, but will usually be under the left rearview mirror or on the left-hand dashboard of the driver's seat.
5. Press the charging switch, wait a few seconds, the charging port of the vehicle will be locked, and start charging.
6. When charging is complete, press the charging switch to stop charging.
7. Before unplugging the charger, press the charging switch and then unplug the charger.
