Check treatment method:

1. Check whether the ring temperature sensor plug of the indoor unit is in poor contact with the computer board. If the ring temperature sensor plug is loose, detached, or loosely inserted, the ring temperature sensor plug is firmly inserted into the socket on the computer board and in good contact, adjust the ring temperature sensor plug and socket of the indoor unit to ensure good contact.

2. Detect the resistance parameters of the indoor unit ring temperature sensor, open circuit, short circuit and resistance drift of the indoor unit ring temperature sensor, remove the ring temperature sensor, and use a multimeter Rx1K2; Detect the pin resistance value on the sensor plug, and the ring temperature sensor at normal temperature 20℃, 25℃ and 30℃; The resistance values are 29K2, 23K2, and 18K respectively. Replace the ring temperature sensor of the indoor unit.

3. Observe and detect the ring temperature sensor socket solder joint on the indoor unit computer board. The ring temperature sensor socket solder joint on the indoor unit computer board is cracked, causing the sensor contact resistance to increase or open the circuit. Observe or detect cracks in the welding joints of the ring temperature sensor socket on the indoor unit computer board, or use a multimeter ohm file, measuring range: Rx12; Detect the resistance value between the pin and the solder joint on the sensor socket of the computer board, and the resistance value between the pin and the solder joint on the sensor socket of the computer board should be less than 12; With electric soldering iron and rosin, re-weld the ring temperature sensor socket on the indoor unit computer board firmly. Use a multimeter ohm to measure the resistance between the pin and the solder joint on the sensor socket of the computer board should be less than 12.

4, detect the ring temperature sensor on the indoor computer board 5V power input circuit L1-L3 color ring inductor open, virtual welding color ring inductor open, virtual welding. Power off in the road or with an electric soldering iron will inductance color ring, welding open a pin, multimeter ohm file, range: Rx12; Detect the resistance value of the color ring inductance. The resistance value of the color ring inductance is 331μH, and the resistance value of 100μH and 11μH is about 52, 3.5 and 12, respectively. Weld the newly replaced color ring inductance or the virtual welding place of the color ring inductance firmly with an electric soldering iron.
