1. Submit your application

The carrier or agent shall, within 7 days before departure, go to the local customs to apply for on-site quarantine to issue an Animal Health Certificate.

2. Review data

The carrier or his agent should fill in the Application Form for Carrying Pets out of the Country Quarantine and submit the carrier's identity certificate, rabies vaccine vaccination certificate, rabies vaccine immune antibody test report and other relevant materials. The on-site customs will review the completeness, consistency and validity of the information provided by the carrier. If the information meets the requirements, it will be accepted on site; Those that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.

3. Clinical quarantine

After accepting the application documents, the carrier shall take the pet to the designated place, and the customs staff shall verify whether the pet information is consistent with the application documents on the spot, and carry out clinical quarantine inspection on the pet.

(Clinical quarantine generally includes: whether the pet's mental state, posture, respiratory rate, secretions, excreta, etc., is normal, whether there are surface parasites, skin disease clinical features, and whether there are clinical features of infectious diseases.)

4. Obtain a certificate

The Customs shall issue an Animal Health Certificate within three working days if the materials verified by the Customs are correct and pass the quarantine inspection.
