1. First make sure that the headset and charging case are being charged.

If you try to reset the AirPods Pro by holding down the button on the back, you can't see the blinking indicator light inside the case.

It may be because the AirPods Pro indicator is damaged, or the battery inside the charging case is low.

We plugged the AirPods Pro charging case into the power supply for 15 minutes to make sure the AirPods Pro had enough power to re-pair.

2. Then open the earphone charging case and hold down the small button on the back of the case for 15 seconds.

The small button on the back of the AirPod Pro charging case is the key to resetting the AirPods Pro.

Press and hold for 15 seconds, and the LED indicator on the case will change from white to amber.

You can't hold it too long. It's best to keep this reset button away from the device you want to unpair your headphones with. If it is too close, it will only extract all the same data as before.
