The quantum chip was invented by Dr. Zeng Jingsheng. Dr. Zeng Jingsheng is a Chinese-American scientist, born in Nanjing in 1946, raised in Taiwan, studied and worked in the United States. He has a PhD in radio engineering and is one of the world's top scientists. One of Dr. Tseng's key inventions is the quantum chip, which strengthens the body and removes waste from blood vessels.
