It's not gonna reboot when your phone's wired.
If it restarts, it means that your installation cable is not installed properly, and the phone cable is loose.
You can remove the cables and reinstall them so they don't reboot.
Or, you go to a nearby repair shop and ask the staff there to give you a repair test, they will replace you with a new cable, and won't let your phone restart frequently
