treating method
When charging or ambient temperature causes the wireless charging pad to overheat, the charging case indicator will flash red twice in a row. This means that the temperature in the charging box is too high and the battery is stopped charging to protect it.
When this happens, remove the charging case from the wireless charging mat and let it cool down at room temperature before charging.
Notes for wireless charging:
When charging with a wireless charging pad, remove all accessories (such as LIDS, etc.) from the charging case. Depending on the material or thickness of the cover, or because a foreign object is caught between the charging case and the cover, it may not charge properly, resulting in fire, burns, or injury.
When using a wireless charging pad, do not place metal objects (such as straps or clamps made of metal-containing materials) on the wireless charging pad. Failure to do so may result in fire, burns or injury.
When charging wirelessly, if there are other devices that are compatible with wireless charging nearby, move these devices 30 cm or more away from the wireless charging pad. The charging case may not be properly detected and may not be able to be charged.
Treatment: When the wireless charger detects abnormal conditions (such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, undervoltage, and detection of metal foreign matter, magnetic card, etc.), it will automatically power off, and the indicator light will turn red to play a warning role. You can check whether the above conditions exist
one
Charging pile failure: Charging pile failure, or charging pile is too old, charging protocol mismatch and other problems will lead to charging problems, which is the charging indicator light will flash red. Solution: If it is due to the fault of the charging pile, or the charging pile is too old and other reasons, this time it can only be solved by replacing the charging pile, if the charging pile is the owner's own, you should let a professional electrician come to check and repair, so as not to cause damage to the vehicle.
two
Car end failure: that is, the car itself fails, in most cases, the car charging port fails, the vehicle charger fails or the related control unit, the network fails, and the line between the charging port and the charger fails. Solution: If the charging pile fault is caused by the above reasons, it is recommended that the owner go to the professional maintenance service center for maintenance inspection, timely repair and replacement of the faulty parts.
three
Charging line problems: especially household charging pile, if the line contact is poor, the socket is not suitable, and even the L\/N phase is not correct, the line voltage is unstable, will produce charging failure. Solution: Generally read the fault code first,
1. The flash battery is extremely low, you can wait half to see if it still flashes red, if it still flashes, it indicates that the charging bin has a fault, try to take out the headset, and then put it in again to charge, or check whether the data cable and interface are not well connected, the charger, the battery is faulty, you can detect or replace it, if you do not put the headset, the battery bin still flashes red when charging, It's a broken battery in the battery compartment.
2. Bluetooth charging compartment to check the charging situation: each Bluetooth headset has a flash, under normal circumstances, when the power is sufficient, flash blue; It flashes red when it is almost out of power, reports the alarm every ten seconds and makes a dripping sound. The fully charged Bluetooth headset can talk continuously for 7 or 8 hours and stand by for 9 or 10 days. When the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, it will show a red light and stay on. Some Bluetooth headsets display a green light when fully charged.
When charging, the charger has been flashing red is normal, because this is the charging status indicator, indicating that it is charging, when fully charged, the charging status indicator will stop flashing or turn green.

operating principle
< br >
The charging indicator light of the charger only detects that the voltage is too low. When charging, the charging current is relatively large, the red light is on, the green light is turned after 10 seconds, and the voltage rises to the detection voltage and the green light is indicated. This shows that the charger itself has a circuit to detect the voltage level, as long as the original foundation is modified to meet your requirements.

1: Change the sampling resistance after the switching power supply, and increase the secondary voltage of the charger by about 1V.

2: Change the charging current sampling resistor to make it smaller, so that its voltage is lower can also play an effect
