How to connect Apple's Airpods?

Apple's new wireless earphones AirPods have been on sale, and their exquisite and elegant appearance and simple and quick pairing have impressed many users and gained high attention.

When AirPods launched, there were rumors that they wouldn't work with non-Apple devices, but that's not true. Apple's W1 chip makes it easy to pair AirPods with other Apple devices, but that hasn't stopped them from pairing with other systems. If you want to pair your AirPods with Android devices, Apple TVS, PCS, or even older Macs without Handoff, check out this tutorial to learn how to pair AirPods with any Bluetooth device.

Thanks to iCloud support, Apple AirPods include auto-pairing, which means that any device signed in with your iCloud account automatically pairs with AirPods, and you can instantly use AirPods to enjoy music from any device.

If you have an iMac, MacBook, or MacBook Pro that doesn't support Handoff, you can pair it manually by following these steps. You may not be able to use AirPods to play music from other devices immediately, but at least you can use them as an audio output source, and so can Siri.

Before you start, make sure your AirPods are properly placed in the charging case.

② Open the charging case cover and make sure not to move any AirPods earphones;

③ There is a round button on the back of the charging case near the charging port, long press it until the LED light between the two AirPods emits white light and slowly flashes;

④ Open the Bluetooth Settings of other devices and perform the pairing process in the same way, select AirPods from the Bluetooth device list;
