When the charging gun is inserted into the vehicle, two resistors R1 and R2 divide the voltage when the hand is not released, and the voltage at the monitoring point changes from 12V without the gun to 8V. When the hand is released, it is usually closed, and then the voltage is divided by a resistor of R2, and the voltage becomes low and becomes 2V. Therefore, the voltage of the monitoring point CC changes from the initial 12V to 8V half-connected, and then to fully connected 2V.
