1. The battery is broken. The battery is damaged, that is, it cannot be charged, or it is full and it is not used. This is a typical lithium battery failure performance. Just change the battery. 2. The charging interface of the Bluetooth headset is in poor contact. Because the Bluetooth headset is basically no wear, the only wear is the charging interface. This place needs to be reinserted many times, so it will inevitably be damaged.

3, Bluetooth headset itself control circuit or chip damage, resulting in unusable.
There are two possible reasons:
First: the earcap of the earphone may block the charging contact port, adjust the position of the earphone, or take off the earcap to try;
Second: the charging bin (or headset) charging port is not in good contact, this may need to contact the seller to repair or replace. I use South Carolina Bluetooth headset, I do not know whether this method is suitable for your Bluetooth headset.
