There are two possible reasons:
First: the earcap of the earphone may block the charging contact port, adjust the position of the earphone, or take off the earcap to try;
Second: the charging bin (or headset) charging port is not in good contact, this may need to contact the seller to repair or replace. I use South Carolina Bluetooth headset, I do not know whether this method is suitable for your Bluetooth headset.
